The office is spacious and very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful and have no problems answering questions. Dr. Stancil and his staff talked me through the entire process while working on my tooth and the Doctor has been the only person to cause practically no pain during the numbing process. Truly awesome. As a Veteran who dealt with the pain for a while, I'm so blessed that the VA recommended Dr. Stancil and his staff. Just walking into the office will relax you. Will definitely recommend them.

I had an extraction and bridge removal and implant prep today. My nervousness was immediately gone due to the calm friendly staff and doctor. Office and lobby and rooms were clean and organized. Front desk staff Aubrey called a few days ahead and was the smiling face I met today. In the surgical room Ms Pea and Hannah told me everything they were doing step by step. Professional and patient and they checked on how I was doing for each step. Dr Stancil himself is a calming influence. Answers questions. Big smile. Obviously an expert professional in his field. Takes his time. Explained before hand. I had no pain !!!!! The team even gave me a blanket.🙂 Nothing but customer service excellence from everyone. So grateful I had my surgery here. This office is Top of the line.
