Dr. Jessica Koh is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, deeply devoted to the care and well-being of her patients throughout the greater Kennesaw area. As one of the mere 8% of women practicing in her field, she brings a rare combination of surgical precision, warmth, and empathy — each quality grounded in her extensive and distinguished training.
A second-generation oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Koh was fortunate to have had the finest of role models in her father. He instilled in her a profound respect for the privilege of caring for patients at their most vulnerable; an unwavering commitment to compassion; and the refined clinical skill that comes only from four decades of dedicated practice.
Education & TrainingDr. Koh earned her undergraduate degree in Human Biology from the renowned Stanford University before going on to complete her dental degree at the UCLA School of Dentistry. She subsequently completed her residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center in Torrance, California. Following her training, she practiced alongside her father for a number of years and proudly served as President of the Kern County Dental Society.
From California to KennesawThough a California native through and through, she found herself captivated by a southerner—a happy circumstance that brought her to the Kennesaw area she now calls home. She is a devoted wife and mother to two young children who have already expressed aspirations of following in her footsteps.
Life Outside the PracticeOutside of her practice, Dr. Koh finds joy in serving her community through the Junior League, and delights in baking and gardening alongside her children. She also crafts intricate wire-wrapped jewelry; yet another expression of the exceptional hand skills she brings to the operating room.
